My name is Paolo Aguilar, and I am an aspiring world-leading chef with a passion for culinary arts. With over a decade of experience in the food industry, I have honed my skills in research and development, menu engineering, and quality control. Currently, I am based in Dubai, UAE, and occupy the position of Senior Research & Development Chef at Epik Foods, where I focus on bringing international food trends to the forefront.

My culinary journey began in 2008 when I enrolled at The Philippine Women's University, studying Hotel and Restaurant Services with a major in Food Preparation. This foundation laid the path for my career in the kitchen, igniting my passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. Throughout my career, I have worn many hats, from brand development manager to sous chef, each role equipping me with a diverse set of culinary skills.

I take pride in my accomplishments, including my current role, which has allowed me to lead initiatives for the opening of international brands in Riyadh, KSA. Developing unique recipes and ensuring the highest quality of food presentation keeps me motivated and excited about the future.

When I'm not in the kitchen, you can find me staying up-to-date with the latest culinary trends, exploring new techniques, and discovering innovative ways to delight the palates of my guests.
