The 1762 delis have been offering fresh, tasty, flavourful and delicious food since our first branch opening in DIFC. With a rustic, warm and welcoming ambiance, it’s the perfect place to pop in and relax over some wholesome, honest food and freshly-roasted coffee.
As the leader of this initiative, I established the first Healthy & Co. Dine-In Restaurant, located in DIFC, Dubai. I then expanded the concept to other prominent locations, including PwC, Dubai Science Park, and World Trade Center.
Additionally, I took the brand to Saudi Arabia, where I opened the first Healthy & Co. branch in Al Safa. Through my leadership and vision, Healthy & Co. has become a recognized name in the regional dining landscape, offering healthy and innovative culinary experiences.
In my role, I was responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences for all guests, including high-profile individuals. Additionally, I had the privilege of interacting directly with Sheikhs and handling their feedback, demonstrating my ability to provide personalized service to VIP guests. I also assisted in succession planning to ensure a smooth transition of leadership within the culinary team.
Through my dedication to excellence and adaptability to the market, I was able to elevate the dining experiences at the hotel and contribute to its overall success.
The Expo 2020 Dubai featured a special pavilion dedicated to honoring and paying tribute to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai
I was part of the pre-opening team that launched the first Black Tap Burgers and Craft Beers location in the Al Naseem Jumeirah Hotel. Black Tap originated in the USA and I was instrumental in expanding the brand to key locations in Dubai, including JBR and Abu Dhabi.
I was tasked with running a pop-up truck location and managing various events for the brand. During this time, I had the privilege of working closely with Michelin-starred chef Joey Isidori, further enhancing my culinary expertise and understanding of high-quality, innovative food concepts.

In this role, I was responsible for the overall planning and direction of food preparation, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in the culinary offerings. Additionally, I played a crucial role in upholding the brand's high standards for associated meals, interacting directly with guests to gather feedback and address any concerns. I also assisted in succession planning, helping to develop the next generation of culinary leaders within the organization.
Through my strong leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to excellence, I was able to elevate the overall dining experience at Reem Al Bawadi and contribute to the brand's continued success.
